Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Mac4Ever Issues
1. Fix Mac4Ever Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Mac4Ever: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Mac4Ever App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mac4Ever" » Open Mac4Ever Mobile » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mac4Ever » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Mac4Ever Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mac4Ever servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mac4Ever Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Mac4Ever app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mac4Ever might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Mac4Ever. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mac4Ever then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mac4Ever not working
2. Fix Mac4Ever Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mac4Ever be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mac4Ever not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mac4Ever may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
