DailyWire+ Customer Insights

1. However, if my phone disconnects from Bluetooth, the podcast will automatically start playing again via the phone's audio...unprompted. 2.

2. However, for whatever reason, the app will always resume playing whatever podcast or media I have on from the app when I disconnect from any Bluetooth devices.

3. For example, when my audio switches from my car's Bluetooth to my phone's speaker because I exited the vehicle.

4. I have to close the app and open it back up to load it again and try to find where I was at in the video or audio because it starts back at the beginning.

5. When listening to a podcast via Bluetooth, if I pause it, it will remain paused.

6. My primary issue with it has been that when playing a video, the app will reliably crash and when I open it back up, my progress on the video will not have been saved.

7. If you turn your phone's screen off after pausing a video, it may play from that place when you come back.

8. The audio starts playing even though it was paused before I exited the vehicle.Overall, a fantastic app.

9. I drag the button to the beginning but it jumps back to where I left off and will continue playing.

10. Still lacking a few advanced features you would expect from an app (download, change speed of video replay, etc.)Love the content but the app drives me crazy.

11. There is no bookmarking to pickup where I left off, episodes are not marked after listening, and often when I switch to a different app and go back DW resets and I lose my place in what I was listening too.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix DailyWire+ Issues

1. Fix DailyWire+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart DailyWire+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the DailyWire+ App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DailyWire+" » Open DailyWire+ » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DailyWire+ » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear DailyWire+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DailyWire+ servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DailyWire+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check DailyWire+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DailyWire+ might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall DailyWire+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DailyWire+ then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DailyWire+ not working


2. Fix DailyWire+ Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DailyWire+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DailyWire+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DailyWire+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have moved to a new address. The zip code for my credit card has been changed. I tried to do this change online, but your website allows 8 other systems to access my computer, which I do not allow. I request a phone call in order to avoid having my computer hacked.   • Hi. I was previously signed up for Daily Wire and had to cancel my subscription after falling in financial hardship. However, I was charged $107 from the Daily Wire, and my husband is absolutely furious with me. Why am I charged an entire full amount when I no longer can access content or get even 5 months worth of access for the short time I was a member?   • I joined Daily Wire (Plus membership) about 5 days ago (Invoice 4143166) specifically to watch "What is a Woman." I can listen to your podcasts, watch the trailer and listen to other programs, but when I search and request to watch this it asks me to join. I have never experienced such an unfriendly, awkward, disconnected, impossible website before. Please explain how to watch this without joining again. According to your site, with this membership level I should have access to this plus much more. I am extremely irritated with your app but I love so much of what you provide and are doing I truly wanted to support you. HELP!!!

    Although I don't always agree with all of your opinions on various topics, I do respect the way you share an opinion. For example, your first opinion(s) on Black Panther I though were a rush-to-judgement on your part. However you seem to correct your earilar Black Panther comments with another critique on your show that seemed fair. Would you be willing to defend Disney against attempts from people forcing a recasting of MCU's fictional character T'Challa? Lately, it looks like Woke Culture has taken into account that Disney has either not represented or under represented people of color. A Steve Jobs report shows that the MCU numbers for actors and actresses of color fall below 20 percent. I view the idea of Woke Culture taking over the creative ideas of movies as bad because it may lead to non-entertaining-cinema.

    Do you believe people demanding the recasting of a fictional character is an example of out-of-control Woke Culture? Or, do you believe a better example of out-of-control work culture is a scheme to get actress Letitia Wright fired/"canceled" using the excuse of "she won't get the jab"/covid 19 vaccines thereby preventing the fictional narrative of her becoming Wakanda's queen, for the purpose of recasting T'challa? Lastly, do you think anyone has the right to dictate how a company should use their IP(s)?

    1. Charlamagne tha God (News Commentor), who referred to Ben Shapiro and other 2nd Admendent avocates as Colonizers who need to "get it together" on a 2018 tweet.

  • I want to warn ANYONE who tries to make a subscription to this 🤔 I have tried twice to cancel the subscription & each time I have tried it has been a fail. I was charged $52.00 for something I tried to cut lose of. This is an ABSOLUTE SHAME & it boils my blood to know i am being scammed by something I wanted no dealings with. I tried to make a different selection & it took me for a complete ride on this thing. I DO NOT SUGGEST that ANYONE subscribe to this list!!!!!!! It is a complete an utterly disaster!!!! I want my money back!!! $52 bucks is A LOT to me.........

  • On August 28, 2021 I Was billed for $48. I want to know the plan I have and when it expires and what the renewal charge will be. I also think it's awful that your large company does not have an 800 number to talk to a LIVE representative. You can do better.

    Can you Please help me? I tried to sign up for the DW subscription on a month-to-month basis for I think it was $4.99 a month but somehow That is not what I was signed up for. I looked into my account because it was on zero and I noticed that there was close to $200 that was taken out of my account for the daily wire subscription and I don't know what to do right now about this. I am stressed out because it put my bank account in the minus and I won't be able to pay my bills this month if I don't fix this. Please can you help me? If I pressed the wrong button by accident I apologize it would be an honest mistake and I just really need it reversed I only want the one subscription on a month a month basis for $4.99 I believe it was. on my part I am very sorry. I knew When I was signing up that I could afford this for $4.99 a month. I cannot afford whatever subscription I was signed up for no I cannot do that that is like too much for me to handle right now. I've tried to contact the daily wire in every way that I could find to contact them. Hopefully this gets to you and you can help me out.
