SkyAlert Customer Insights

1. The app doesn't work half the time, I want my money or my subscription back please.I agree with other reviewers I have multiple times the prompt for terms and conditions.

2. Villahermosa, Tabasco.I paid for the gold service and has been almost a year and 3 major earthquakes since then, no single time the app has sent me an alert.

3. Had it installed for 2 years, there have been multiple earthquakes (of varying degrees) in my location during this time and this app never alerted me once.it's a great app.

4. This is horrible app.Still NO NOTIFICATIONS at all! Keeps logging me out without me knowing and keeps failing to alert of earthquakes – or anything important really – in my region/country.

5. Every time I open the app it says that terms and conditions changed so need to agree and configure.

6. The app failed to prompt alerts in a timely and effectively manner but guess what 3:00 am tsunami alert in Japan that's an alert you definitely get.

7. It's useless to have such a critical app and that doesn't work as it should.Have the golden subscription to this app and it has never sent me an alarm in 2 years.

8. It used to be good that's why I was gold but definitely reconsidering my renewal.I see it is a common issue for most of the users, the app logs you off without you knowing and as you are logged out you get no notifications unless you log in back.

9. Also today there was a major earthquake no alerts came through I realized we were on a real earthquake because my coworkers started moving.

10. So this is a waste of money and a great danger if you are trusting it'll work at all.I had issues opening the app last week.

11. I checked google and I'm subscribed since May 22 of this year.I even go to manage subscription here on the play store and it shows up.
