1. I couldn't even find the article about Hong Kong on their homepage.BuzzFeed has really exceeded my expectations! I anticipated they would be OK, and loaded the app because I had a vacant spot on my news-feed screen.

2. The most recent example that triggered this review was: I opened my phone and saw a notification for an article about the Hong Kong protests, and when I clicked to read more, I was presented with an article about a new Mulan trailer.

3. Always quick with breaking news, but with much more depth and insight, it has quickly become my go-to source for both national and international news.Why is there no search? And also a way to save stories.

4. Having experienced nearly every major news app out there, BuzzFeed's news app's simllicity of design is pretty refreshing.

5. With latest updates, news stories are just opening up the web site rather than natively within the app.

8. At first, the Alert Stream view didn't let me browse stories chronologically (bug?), just kept prompting me to pick my favorite categories.

1. Fix BuzzFeed News Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BuzzFeed News: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BuzzFeed News App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BuzzFeed News" » Open BuzzFeed News » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BuzzFeed News » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BuzzFeed News app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BuzzFeed News servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BuzzFeed News" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BuzzFeed News app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BuzzFeed News might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BuzzFeed News. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BuzzFeed News then reinstall.
