Windows Central Customer Insights

1. It was a fantastic app!!! Fix it as it much better to use then twitter or your website! I have been using your apps (this and AC) since Windows phone 8 era.Crashes on launch after recent update 3.22. Uninstalled and reinstalled and it was ok for a few minutes, then crashed.

2. Please fix it.I love being able to read all about windows and surface and all that stuff without having to go to a website! I'm having a little trouble creating my avatar, but other than that it's great! Also I love the widget and how you can put it in Microsoft launcher. The app no longer works.

3. The only thing I miss in this app on android is that there aren't catagory tabs on top (Reviews, Editorials, Surface, Xbox, Apps etc) as those tabs are in the Windows Phone app.

4. If you want to read something in the app, you gotta open the app and search for it.Useful info, but way too many items about games and articles which are not Windows related and just seem to be there for padding.

5. I'm guessing it is a limitation on the Android platform. The app no longer crashes at launch on a fresh install even if I remove storage permission, which is good.

6. That weird blank screen with a green bar at the bottom is still shown every 5 articles when sipping between stories consecutively.

7. Additionally, this app STILL works on my old Windows 10 Lumia, of which I still use that phone as an app & music streaming device when connected to my Wi-Fi.

8. I cleared the cache and reinstalled and now the home page is blank, it won't load new articles at all.

9. Sadly, the quality is slipping compared with how it used to be.The latest update says it tweaks article styling and reduces memory usage.

10. I am a long time user of this app & never have any issues with it not working on my current android phone.

11. Now, just like Android central, I have to visit the website to get any content now.The app is fantastic.
