1. I uninstalled it about 30 minutes after trying it.Really want to like this app cause I believe ABC news has top tier reporting, and I really appreciate how they're committed to making free content (can't find that with most news sources).

2. I get News breaks in my notifications which is fine BUT!!! half the time when I clicked on the story/notifications to read the story/news, the app will go to the story then it rushes to a index/list...then I can't find the story I clicked on.

3. All four videos I had to watch the same commercial, i wasnt interested the first time, or the 2nd time, or the third time, and definitly not the forth time i had to watch it without the ability to skip.

4. Using Samsung S8 Android smartphone.It is an OK app if you want the top 1 or 2 news stories.

5. Android and Google should ban this app from their store until these basic yet serious issues are fixed.Not user friendly, even when you just want to scroll or view clips, and not accessible unless you pay for your TV, though you can access free on regular TV.

6. I got to see one of the four videos, 2 of the 4 videos i got a run down of today's news, and on the forth vodeo i got and endless stream of ads.

8. YES!!! This is a NEW Android, Galaxy 22+! PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!! When fixed, 5 stars we go!!!5 minutes of ads, then you get a minute if news.

9. Turn that off! No one wants automatically playing sound! Second, the app ignores my phone's settings about screen rotation and rotates whether I want it to or not.

3. Clear ABC News: Breaking News Live app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ABC News servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ABC News: Breaking News Live" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ABC News app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ABC News might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ABC News. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ABC News then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ABC News not working
