1. Stories won't open, app freezes, app will suddenly reload randomly while in the middle of reading a story, the widget won't update and sometimes unable to open flipboard from the widget.

2. I tried Flipboard because Google news sucks so bad (mobile data and battery killer), but I am so frustrated about this seemingly minor thing that makes me crazy!Changed my rating from 5 to 2 stars.

3. Uninstalled.Please don't take me back to the first story when I go back to the list! This app could be great, but when I use the phone's back button or the one in the UI, about 60% of the time it takes me to the first story on the list.

4. I love that it aggregates articles from a wide variety of sources, that I can mute sources I don't want to see, and that I can view articles for one topic at a time.

5. In the field in which you type your comment, as you type, it will display several lines of text (4 or more), but as soon as I move the cursor to correct all of autocorrects mistakes, the text/cursor jumps around and reduces the visible text within the field, to just two lines.

6. As-is, I've deleted it from my phone.Used to love this app but, it seems to be getting plagued with more and more issues as time goes on.

7. But it now places a far heavier emphasis on commentary than news, the suggested storyboards are far too often and far too useless, and it doesn't seem capable of identifying duplicate stories.

8. It is a beautiful UI, and if you want non-news aggregated magazines (or want cable news transcribed on your phone) ymmv.

9. If you tap to open the article in a browser, it leads to the full article with no issue, so it's not a connection issue.

10. A similar problem exists if you exit a story and accidentally back arrow once more, it displays a message to get you back where you were, but it disappears in a New York second, starting you over at the beginning.

11. I love that I can disable autoplay for videos and GIFs in articles; but I hate that I can't do the same for ads.

1. Fix Flipboard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Flipboard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Flipboard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Flipboard" » Open Flipboard:Your Social Magazine » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Flipboard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Flipboard:Your Social Magazine app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Flipboard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Flipboard:Your Social Magazine" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Flipboard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Flipboard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Flipboard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Flipboard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Flipboard not working

2. Fix Flipboard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Flipboard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Flipboard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Flipboard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
