Earthquake Network Customer Insights

1. It does not correlate with any alert settings that I can see.I like the ability to adjust the notifications to my personal needs; however, everytime I connect it to my charger, this app supercedes ALL notification settings on my phone, including the settings in my other apps.

2. Also, there have been times that I have felt an earthquake, and I could see that other users in my area also felt it, as their phones reported it, but the event never showed up in the feed, so not sure what happened there.a couple weeks ago i paid for the monthly subscription and was charged but as of today it says i don't have pro membership.

3. If I didn't wear a fitbit to track my sleep, it might not be a problem, but I cannot figure out a way to disable this senseless notification and it wakes me every night!Very good app, but it did not have any detailed information regarding the nature and intensity of the earthquake and no information regarding the buttons on the app and how the colour code is used to depict the earthquake on the chart.

4. I recommend that new users be sure to adjust their settings to what their notification preferences are ahead of time.I love the app, but I assume there was an update that now sends me a notification every night around midnight to tell me it has been activated.

5. It's not clear if they are coming from other smartphone users or USGS.It was a good app until it started sending real time alert of other faraway countries.

6. One question: Why do I get the rapid "busy telephone" sound when my phone is set down and how do I mute that? I have to kill the app at night because this alert goes off every 5 to 10 minutes.

7. This app consistantly provides real-time notifications that are received immediately, while my other apps may (or may not) eventually notify me of a quake that occurred 30 - 60 minutes ago.

8. I get the same annoying alarm type notification for ALL my notifications while my phone is charging, even if my phone is set to silent.

9. 🤔It's a good app, the alert sound is rather eerie, it could be less "psycho" sounding.

10. When i click "test alert" im presented with a paragraph of obscure text telling me to go to sections of the app which either do not exist, are named differently, or are very difficult to find.

11. i will change my rating once this issue is resolved..I live in Northern California and I have several earthquake apps.
