Why should I report an Issue with AA - Tips & News for Android™?

1. It is slow, when I click on a notification it almost always opens a different article, the pictures in the articles don't show, the polls don't show, when I share a link it does not link correctly to the article.

2. You can't participate in polls and they sometimes don't even appear, you can't view pictures they pair with the articles correctly, video/social media posts that are embedded are inaccessible and sometimes just restart the app.

3. I've had problems for years with not being able to respond to polls, pictures not loading correctly, links not working, no article updates... I would love to give -5/5 for the poor performance of this app.

4. It definitely could use some work with interacting in the articles, polls, etc but at least it was nice to have.Over the last bit, when I depress the AA App, it takes me to the App on Play Store.

5. I will try from the website and will update.The news articles are great and informative, but the delivery is pretty bad.

6. Sometimes they will post articles for app development courses and such, maybe they should enroll 😅😂While it seems to work well there is a lot of missing functionality.

7. Even when it did work, it was long overdue for an update.I read thr Android Authority news everyday to keep up on things happening in the Android world.

8. There's a button to open articles in chrome, but if your default links for AA are to the app this just opens the app again.

9. There's ugly unrendered custom BBcode-type tags all over articles as most of the non-textual components don't render.

1. Fix AA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AA" » Open AA - Tips & News for Android™ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AA - Tips & News for Android™ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AA - Tips & News for Android™" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AA not working

2. Fix AA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
