1. If it's just a WebView, no idea why this would happen, but just FYI.Overall good experience, but are fixes coming for exporting saved post list and following hn links in the app? Both have been broken for me for quite some time (year plus) and I've seen writing around that its was going to be fixed but the problem persists.
2. It can save comments for offline reading, useful for queueing things up while waiting for a subway/metro/plane.I hate to leave bad reviews, but this app has become unusable, so I have uninstalled and replaced with a simple bookmark to the Hacker News site.
3. Dark mode for interface and comments is unreliable, and usually a weird mix of dark and light modes with white text on a white background or something.Initially and for months thereafter, this app was the best Hackers News Reader in the Play store.
4. If I had changed apps or lost this data on my phone, I'd lose all my reading history on hacker newsAmazing! but when you see comments, the best part, the arrow is stuck at the top, so when you scroll up in the comments section, you have to scroll really far up to reach the arrow.
5. It's a shame because this problem has ruined a formally great app :-(Good app with great UI, but trying to side-scroll on an article is a pain since the app will instead slide to the comment section.
6. - doesn't open HN links in comments - doesn't allow editing or deleting of submissions or comments - stores favorites in the app, which is annoying.
7. The biggest problem I have with the app is that 'Saved Stories' in the app and 'Favourites' on the actual website through a browser are two different lists.
8. All this time I thought I was saving my stories to the site and now I have to write a script to favorite every article from the export.
9. Now it's opening links by default in Chrome for Android despite me having explicitly not set a default browser.Great features.
10. I constantly have to click "open article in browser" because most links don't show anything in the app.
11. Thanks for the app though.Warning: this app's "saved stories" does not translate to "favorites" on the site.
