1. I have been using this app over the course of three or four different cell phones and find that it doesn't work well with androids because the problem I am having was not as frequent (but did exist) when I used iphones.

2. We're gonna make a new rule: Any app that requires twice as much time & effort to click through ads, rather than using it for it's presumptive function, gets an automatic 1 star -- even if the app is otherwise good, as is the case here.This app was good b4, BUT now have TONS od ADs.

3. Also a little more color and/or a small gif to bring quick attention to the info might be a useful tool.Checking a single ticket gives you 3 full screen ads.

4. UPDATE : RESPONSE TO DEVELOPER 3/29/20 I do have version 2.3.1 matter of fact i just re install it again AND STILL TONS OF ADS for every click ( tap ) you do you get a Full page add, this is too much.

5. Or at least we could purchase to remove ads from the ad one.. Sorry, and thanks to the developer.This is a good app BUT, like all apps, it has started allowing advertisers to take over.

6. Would like to see feature added to input our own PB/MM numbers and have app notify you when/if your ticket won anything, while also keeping the user anonymous.

1. Fix Lotto Results Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lotto Results: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lotto Results App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lotto Results" » Open Lotto Results - Lottery in US » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lotto Results » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lotto Results - Lottery in US app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lotto Results servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lotto Results - Lottery in US" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lotto Results app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lotto Results might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lotto Results. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lotto Results then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lotto Results not working

2. Fix Lotto Results Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lotto Results be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lotto Results not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lotto Results may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
