Why should I report an Issue with Issuu: magazines & books?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Issuu. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. So either have an option to change font size or being able to keep the same zoom level when you turn a page.This app used to work just fine, but for the past couple of weeks the search function causes the app to crash.

2. If the app publisher fixes the issue I will update the rating again.This application is not loading..each time I search for a publication it displays blank pages..I haven't been able to use the app.

3. whenever I want to use that app, all it shows is blank books.. I have tried updating, uninstalling and reinstalling yet the problem persists.. please I would be glad if this issue is rectified immediatelyTrying to register password is a nightmare.

4. I work around the problem by using the website (logged in with same account), and as soon as I open the desired publication in the browser I can then view it via the history page in app.

5. Issuu, what did you do!? You had the best magazine app, bar none, and now it seems as if it no longer works on the Samsung Tab A! I've been using it for years without a problem.

6. There needs to be more editing options, like being able to stop the images moving the way they do.Up till about a week ago, this app was working perfectly on my Sony Xperia ST27I.

7. It might load the search page or it might crash straightaway.

8. Note: For anyone interested in SP - there are shorter 'Lite' versions, but most back issues on Issuu are full versions and you can buy them cheap on Patreon.This is such a weird stories app.

9. If it's not supporting older versions of Android the publisher should remove it from the list and not let it install like the other apps do.

10. I have to zoom in on the page to be able to read it.

11. Have you abandoned older tablets? Why?It has been great to use but there are 2 major things that need to be added to be a 5 star app.

1. Fix Issuu Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Issuu: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Issuu App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Issuu" » Open Issuu: magazines & books » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Issuu » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Issuu: magazines & books app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Issuu servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Issuu: magazines & books" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Issuu app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Issuu might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Issuu. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Issuu then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Issuu not working

2. Fix Issuu Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Issuu be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Issuu not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Issuu may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
