Podcast Player App Customer Insights

1. Dropped one star for all the headache.Usually a 5 star for me, but the past few months have encountered multiple issues: 1) Auto-download for apps has not been working 2) I have selected "do not delete episodes after playing" in both setting options (main menu & download menu), BUT the download either deletes as soon as I start playing the episode or after it's done playing 3) Audio will randomly jump back a few seconds through each podcast, sometimes causing the end of the podcast to cut off early.

2. There should be options to delete d/L's older than X date, or hold only N downloads for a podcast at a time (deleting older ones to maintain the count as new ones are downloaded).

3. I guess it's time for a new podcast app.Addl update: reinstalled and got working again, but lost all my saved downloads and saved settings.

4. Wouldn't play downloaded podcasts for some time, now it won't download episodes at all.

5. Also, whenever I reinstall the app, it tries to download a ton of old episodes, so I ended up having to shut off auto downloads, which I used to enjoy.Used to be my favorite but barely working since last update.

6. For example, if a user downloaded 2 episodes from podcast A, 2 from B, and 2 from podcast C.

7. However, I have to constantly restart the playing podcast, for this app stops it at random times.

8. I don't use cellular data on this app- the crashing is happening while playing downloaded episodes.

9. Maybe it's there, if so, I haven't been able to find it.It would be much better if there was one place where users can view all of the podcasts that were downloaded.

10. Update: now it won't even play the downloaded episodes that I had saved before the problems began.

11. Also playing in backwards linear order (episode 5, 4, 3, etc.) Listening stats not tracking either.Automatic downloads do not work.
