Why should I report an Issue with Feedly - Smarter News Reader?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Feedly Team to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It is also missing some of the basic features I've been using for years such as opening full articles directly and a list view with scrolling transitions.

2. On the positive side the redesign of the logo was a great decision.Up until this last update, this was the best RSS news feed app out there.

3. I'm going over to Feedly classic and turning off auto update, but really, why should I have to? My advice to the developer would be to read the room.

4. The dots on the top right only change view and densityGood app, but it's missing features, lacks consistent development, and is awful with audio/visual media.

7. With this last update, the developer completely tore down everything that made the app great and replaced it with a clunky Flipboard knockoff.

8. Also, why can't there be a dark theme with enough contrast to be usable, e.g. Google News, although the classic version has this problem too.

9. I'm hoping this gets smoothed out in an update, because up until now Feedly has been my favorite RSS app hands down.

10. You have a top notch product that people love and keep coming back to, and now you go and turn it on it's head to make it hardly stand out from the competition... absolutely tone deaf.I hate the UI redesign.

1. Fix Feedly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Feedly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Feedly App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Feedly" » Open Feedly - Smarter News Reader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Feedly » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Feedly - Smarter News Reader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Feedly servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Feedly - Smarter News Reader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Feedly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Feedly might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Feedly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Feedly then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Feedly not working

2. Fix Feedly Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Feedly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Feedly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Feedly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
