1. The mobile web site does not recognize my premium membership.While news content is good, the UI is pathetic , slow and very outdated.
2. Can I say the company which gives critical business news, doesn't know how to do business itself?Business Standard, please redesign the application as the workflow is entirely outdated and illogical for a premium subscription.
3. While reading a long article if you switch to another app for example a browser to search some key word and then return to the BS app, the article that you had left halfway through goes back at the start and you have to scroll all the way down to find where you had left it reading.
4. Content is good, but the UI and bugs are eating up the time and makes me question my choice of subscription.The app does not work often.
5. Since the last few days, while the headline of the article shows on the app, the text doesn't.Worst News App.
6. Even on the website I am not able to see locked content despite logging in as a premium subscriber- it get frustrating beyond a point.

10. 1) A click on a notification opens an article that is different than the one clicked on.
11. Should I buy a new credit card of your choice just to subscribe? I wrote them a mail and they haven't replied in 7 days.
