1. Fixing those issues would make it great.The content of the app is great and I have no complaints; however, the fact that there is no option to save an article either from the notification level or once reading an article inside the app is very frustrating.

2. I'm not having this issue with other apps and there's no new update available .. wishing for an update which might fix this.I love NBC News,but please fix the audio on video playback.

3. This is why NBC's news app is always my last choice and I only read articles when a notification interests me.The app is good, but there are two drawbacks: 1.

4. That, combined with the screen timeout issue described by others and the lack of a traditional search function makes finding or returning to a specific article quite cumbersome.

5. It's too bad since I always used the app daily to catch up on the news, but since this problem began, it's not useable.I've used this app for a long time to listen to the news and it's been great.

6. Now, it constantly activates a notification that lets me know that a news video is ready to resume.

7. But, the last few days the audio stops every time there's a commercial break and the only way I seem to be able to start the audio again is to force stop the app.

8. I uninstalled the app until this obvious bug is fixed.App activates notification to continue with a podcast, although I never started a podcast.

9. While the content is relevant, it does notify you with any speed, making this app less ideal for breaking news.

10. There's no search option, at least not one that's obvious, so now I can't find and finish the article I wanted to read.

3. Clear NBC News: Breaking News & Live app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NBC News servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NBC News: Breaking News & Live" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NBC News app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NBC News might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NBC News. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NBC News then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NBC News not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NBC News be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
