1. Fix the app.Why is the video player changed? It is complete garbage not being able to skip forward or backwards by double tapping the right and left sides of the screen.

2. I still like it for keeping up with friends but it is too time intensive reloading videos and images only for them to load poorly in a different way the next time.Ever since a certain someone became the voice for this app, its become SO unusable.

3. Even trying to skip using the timeline bar is horrible once it disappears from view, tapping the screen does nothing to bring the video options back.

8. Bring back the original video player, it was perfect.Unreliable. Too often it takes forever for a Tweet to send.

9. When you try to watch a video in fullscreen without the time bar, you aren't able to click the video again to make it reappear again.

10. Can't scroll further back than exactly 4 minutes, can't refresh the page, videos don't load correctly and buffer or seem to speed through for some reason.

11. If you don't and you start pressing the screen you somehow hit unfollow, like, retweet without knowing because they don't reappear unless you hit the back arrow at the top and then reenter the vid.Can't see quote tweets.

1. Fix X Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart X: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the X App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "X" » Open X » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for X » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear X app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from X servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "X" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check X app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, X might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall X. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall X then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing X not working

2. Fix X Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make X be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to X not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, X may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
