Why should I report an Issue with Soompi - Awards, K-Pop & K-Dra?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Viki, Inc to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

This is just a suggestion and you can ignore it, but it would be great if you can add a date filter feature so instead of endless scrolling, we can actually just filter like i want to read all ytd news, or any other date.The app is good and everything, but can u PLEASE change the format of your quizzes back to normal! It was always so fun to do the quizzes but now I can't access them on my phone which is the only device I use to go on soompi.

My account will never sync and it won't properly show the artists/topics I've subscribed to, which kinda defeats the whole point of having them.There are only two complaints I have that makes this app inconvenien: 1.) Articles automatically scrolls to the Comments section when you swipe left to read the next article.

3. Please fix it .A great app since I love to get info on my fav kpop idols, especially the quizzes section, I really enjoy it.

4. Perhaps you could displaying a "voting has now closed" message on the voting page instead of just disabling the vote next time?All in all, this app is good.

5. However, I have to open the app without knowing whether there's new info or not, I would love the app even more if there was a setting to turn the notifications on for certain artists everytime there's new info.

6. When using it on my tablet (Samsung Galaxy S4) whilst using the keyboard it annoys me that the app does not switch to horizontal view mode.

8. Pls let me do the quizzes on my phoneI really like this app so i can know what happens with people and all but it'd be better if the app gives notifications when something about the fanclubs we've added pops up.

9. Its keeps telling me its "Failed to Login" and I can't vote, or follow any of the artists I enjoy.

10. edit: I did email them to ask about the problem, and they instantly fixed it and its now working perfectly.It's convenient for reading on mobile, but still seems buggy after many years.

1. Fix Soompi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Soompi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Soompi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Soompi" » Open Soompi - Awards, K-Pop & K-Dra » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Soompi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Soompi - Awards, K-Pop & K-Dra app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Soompi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Soompi - Awards, K-Pop & K-Dra" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Soompi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Soompi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Soompi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Soompi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Soompi not working

2. Fix Soompi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Soompi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Soompi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Soompi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
