1. Please move that off your traffic and weather reports, it doesn't belong on a traffic and weather report channel.This is good for information when you need it such as on 9/1 with the crazy weather we had... BUT there is no way to control what kind of notifications you get.

2. Then to top it off, the full screen option doesnt actually make the stream full screen, the picture is cut off, to make room for yet another advertisement.For some reason it looks like News 12 stopped traffic reports.

3. Still crashes a ton & fake articles as ads listed under the main article.I hadn't watched live feed for over a year because it hadn't been displaying properly for a long time and through several updates.

4. Scrolling left and right trying to read sentences of an article is just a pain.You're trying click on a story and a different article pops up.

Get your act together then as my permission to be on my phone.This app never lets you see anything when you press the go "LIVE" tab, and it just takes you back to were you have to sign in ever single time you login! OVER, and OVER, and OVER.... Plus, it will not let you see anything in landscape mode on a table, just show in portrait mode!!!!... Please fix.

6. Those used to be invaluable because where I live, surrounded by bigger cities, all the traffic reports are about those cities and not about where us locals need to go.

7. However, you are forced to watch a 30 second ad, if the content you want doesn't stream and you click the play button, you are forced to watch another 30 second ad.

9. So, if you just want notifications about the weather and it's impacts during a major storm, turn on notifications.

10. For sone reason, there are times when You can't even get weather & traffic because there is a varsity program on.

11. If you want to watch a live stream, you have to watch an ad first, on top of all the ads already in the live broadcast.

1. Fix News 12 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart News 12: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the News 12 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "News 12" » Open News 12 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for News 12 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear News 12 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from News 12 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "News 12" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check News 12 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, News 12 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall News 12. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall News 12 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing News 12 not working

2. Fix News 12 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make News 12 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to News 12 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, News 12 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
