Actually I am not interested 2 give any review for any Applications but for this application I would like to give review and comment on it because of its memorable features like firstly I love this application for giving all types of downloading things like application, music, game, etc ... 1. Fix Guide Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Guide: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Guide App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Guide" » Open Guide for 9app Mobile Market » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Guide » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Guide for 9app Mobile Market app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Guide servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Guide for 9app Mobile Market" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Guide app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Guide might not work.
