Why should I report an Issue with Yahoo - News, Mail, Sports?

I I may add, support faith and hope never give up and "in heaven thou art" I would love to hear more about economy and ecological projects or data, in high praise I am.If it's NOT broke, don't fix it, why does everyone have to follow the next thing that does something STUPID, can't you just keep it simple 🤔 SMH, really, think you have to be the next greatest, ok lol, ppl like things that are simple duh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2. The app crashes/freezes alot and when I am actually able to open it I can't even access my email inbox.For the most part I don't mind the app, but I hate the grouped message thread does not show me every email in order unless I scroll to the bottom of them all.

This is definitely a downgrade and damn frustrating!!I highly enjoy the app, it is good to look into the news, and discover what is new and going on with the world, I see how beneficial it is to learn about experiences that need tending to, I send my prayers out to the universe, sending healing energy and good vibes as affirmation, keep up the good work.

4. A daily news email from CNN shows up in the sales/product category - why? Fortunately it's easy to move from this view to the inbox, but why the distinction? Original: This latest update is awful.

5. I just want to read and reply to my email; I don't want news, sports or any of that other stuff but I can't turn any of that off.

6. O Stars! 👎👎 Frustrating waste of time and storage space!! I was forced to download this app when I switched phones because the old Yahoo mail app wasn't supported on my new phone.

7. Email now opens to sales/product emails, rather than inbox, and even the categorization is incorrect.

8. I have had to uninstall and reinstall repeatedly (multiple times a day) to be able to access my email on my phone.

9. Why, because you continue to either remove, hide or scramble settings so emails don't show as they should or news can not be accessed.

10. Also the past few days when checking emails, if I hit "show more" to see what I replied or the last reply, the app force closes.

11. Since I never had any issues prior, my conclusion; you are trying to frustrate the user enough with the free app to purchase your news app.

1. Fix Yahoo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Yahoo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Yahoo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yahoo" » Open Yahoo - News, Mail, Sports » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yahoo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Yahoo - News, Mail, Sports app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yahoo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yahoo - News, Mail, Sports" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Yahoo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yahoo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Yahoo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yahoo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yahoo not working

2. Fix Yahoo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yahoo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yahoo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Yahoo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
