1. it's free, has credit monitoring, can be used as a traditional bank account, doesn't show up like a prepaid card, offers multiple savings account options, offers secured credit card option, you can transfer money in and out of this account from other accounts right on your app or account page, offers overdraft protection, offers direct deposit 2 is user friendly, love the dashboard...this is by far the best card I have had.

2. Which normally isn't a big deal but the bill needed to be paid before the place closed and I almost missed paying it waiting on the app to show I had the money.Everyone should try this app if they're looking for a mobile checking and savings account rolled into a simple app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix GO2bank Issues

1. Fix GO2bank Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart GO2bank: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the GO2bank App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GO2bank" » Open GO2bank: Mobile banking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GO2bank » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear GO2bank: Mobile banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GO2bank servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GO2bank: Mobile banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check GO2bank app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GO2bank might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall GO2bank. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GO2bank then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GO2bank not working


2. Fix GO2bank Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GO2bank be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GO2bank not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GO2bank may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I filed a dispute with Instacart for many errors I found that they made yet can only contact their Trust & Safety Team via email but after I send in the documents they never respond. I have been trying to get into this app for a few months now. It's really aggravating me because this is my primary way to pay my bills. You are the worst company I have ever used. I have not been able to log into my account for two months, at first I could not log into my account from my phone. Now from the computer. Constantly writes to try in 15 minutes. Your support is complete mediocrity. I have already reinstalled the browser, tried different computers and phones. I've even tried logging in from different locations. I cleaned the cookies and reset the password too. Nothing helps me, you are terrible. The loss of money is constant and a lot of lost nerves.
