The technical application design is rather bad, if it always gives the same very vague message - try later, without telling any reason, and the support just gives general answer, again with "try": Wi-Fi, mobile internet, and no solution.A handy app, allows me to keep an eye on my card balance, pay on the go wherever I am, stick to the mortgage payment schedule, check the currency exchange rate, keep track of the payment history and many more.
2. but overall it's a nice app that operates at 98% of capacity.Show a bunch of ads of your services - at any time, show useless statistics - you're welcome, show balance of cards - do you really need this, our dear user??! After the latest app update there are no card accounts on the main app screen - and no way to turn it back on - I can't perform any operation with cards.
3. Weird intrusive permissions, built-in "antivirus" without opt-out function, has tendency to auto-run even after "forced stop" was executed, way to heavy, doesn't support landscape, UI is garbage designed by a committee of incompetent donkeys - just fraction of the issues I have with this.
4. Surprise surprise it doesnt have in both apps and when i went back another one just told me no they dont have maybe you can translate using the browser!!! Thr biggest bank in Russia cant add the most used common language in the world to there app.
5. If antivirus is really necessary, it's will be important to get access via desktop web version of sberbank mobile.
6. Browser version is somehow worse, but at least it contained in browser and not doing god knows what.Antivirus leaking too much ram or cpu when it's working in background.
7. But still no result.I open both business and private bank accounts because the lady there insists that the mobile app has the english language.
8. Other than that: perfect.Permissions this app asks for are absolutely irrelevant (Phone, Camera, etc...). It's totally inappropriate and dangerous for user's safety.
9. So when I want to exchange in the app it shows that I have 0 dollar? The customer service told me to uninstall and reinstall the app.
10. There is no any viruses on my phone, just give me ability to access my card without antivirus.
11. It is never working with any internet connection: mobile or Wi-Fi.
