2. Você pode acessar sua conta Caixa para consultar saldo, extrato, fatura do cartão, fazer seus pagamentos, transferências, investimentos, recarga de celular e muito mais!

3. Para acessar a conta Caixa e realizar consultas, cadastre seu Usuário e Senha da Internet na opção “não tenho usuário”.

4. Isso mesmo, com um único usuário e senha você gerencia todas as suas contas sem precisar sair e logar novamente, muito simples!

5. Se você esqueceu seu usuário e senha, basta cadastrar um novo usuário na mesma opção “não tenho usuário”.

1. Sometimes I can access the app, but when logged in I try to do some operations and the system fails :(After informing my email and password the app get stuck all the time and says there is something wrong with my internet connection.

2. At first, it had a very bad UI, but as it upgraded, that was a pretty great evolution with a UI that looks good as the other banks.Wants all the permissions on your phone including contacts and files and says it will use for nothing.

3. Even when it works it is so clunky and old, need to go through a ton of different menus to browse through payments and my balance, absolutely uselessProbably the most inefficient, unintuitive, low quality and slowest bank app I've ever used in my entire life.

4. Also after filling in endless long bill numbers and finaly finalizing a payment, the inlog time expired and you have to sign in again and fill it in all over again, if you even can log in again.Absolute rubbish, can't log in for days now.

5. Absolutely horrible.The worst banking app, have no problem logging in online on the website but through the app it doesn't log me in!! Have tried closing the app, restarting my phone even uninstalling it again and nothing.

6. Also sometimes when I am able to login I receive the message "failed to connect to the bank's central server".

7. I'm so frustrated and no way to get support 😤😤When I inform my password and try to log in the app shows a message saying that I may not be connected to the internet but I am.

8. I only use this because all my family use it.Try to login and the app says I've got bad connection, tested at 4 different places.

9. I don't understand how a huge bank like this one is away behind of other banks like Nubank/C6/Santander.

10. Keeps crashing, the app keeps blocking you, so you have to start all over and create a new login.

11. I need to pay some bills but can't, opening a nubank account just so I can pay there bills.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CAIXA Issues

1. Fix CAIXA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  1. Restart CAIXA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CAIXA App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CAIXA" » Open CAIXA » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CAIXA » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CAIXA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CAIXA servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CAIXA" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CAIXA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CAIXA might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CAIXA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CAIXA then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CAIXA not working

2. Fix CAIXA Server issues & Internet Connection

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CAIXA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CAIXA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CAIXA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
