1. Sometimes I can access the app, but when logged in I try to do some operations and the system fails :(After informing my email and password the app get stuck all the time and says there is something wrong with my internet connection.
2. At first, it had a very bad UI, but as it upgraded, that was a pretty great evolution with a UI that looks good as the other banks.Wants all the permissions on your phone including contacts and files and says it will use for nothing.
3. Even when it works it is so clunky and old, need to go through a ton of different menus to browse through payments and my balance, absolutely uselessProbably the most inefficient, unintuitive, low quality and slowest bank app I've ever used in my entire life.
4. Also after filling in endless long bill numbers and finaly finalizing a payment, the inlog time expired and you have to sign in again and fill it in all over again, if you even can log in again.Absolute rubbish, can't log in for days now.
5. Absolutely horrible.The worst banking app, have no problem logging in online on the website but through the app it doesn't log me in!! Have tried closing the app, restarting my phone even uninstalling it again and nothing.
6. Also sometimes when I am able to login I receive the message "failed to connect to the bank's central server".
7. I'm so frustrated and no way to get support 😤😤When I inform my password and try to log in the app shows a message saying that I may not be connected to the internet but I am.
8. I only use this because all my family use it.Try to login and the app says I've got bad connection, tested at 4 different places.
9. I don't understand how a huge bank like this one is away behind of other banks like Nubank/C6/Santander.
10. Keeps crashing, the app keeps blocking you, so you have to start all over and create a new login.
11. I need to pay some bills but can't, opening a nubank account just so I can pay there bills.
