1. Please fix it.The app is good, the services are good, BUT it froze my account when I made a deposit to myself from my PayPal with my other bank card.... It wasn't a large amount but I needed to use the funds urgently!!! Contacted support but they couldn't resolve it, just said investigating and wait, SUPPORT IS USELESS! I will not rely on this bank anymore in any urgent situations!The balances are very confusing.
2. Monzo, as a challenger bank feels increasingly like a conventional one but lacks the perks they offer.What's the need of going to a physical bank to set up an account and go through all the fuss? I've been very impressed with Monzo, it's so convenient to do everything, customer service is top Notch.
