1. It mixes different languages in the same screen but my main problem is the following: every other time it asks for my device's authentication it freezes* the whole device and forces me to restart.
2. Anyway, the problem is not my internet connection as this is the only app I'm not able to use.The latest change in user interface for adding founds it's just horrible and not quite functional as it used to be.now the app doesnt opens until set screen lock in phone options.
3. *By freezing I mean that it makes it impossible to do anything else on the device because the authentication screen stays on top of everything else, even after inputting valid fingerprints or the correct password.
4. A simple solution for this issue would be a language option within the app (something that is really missing from the vast majority of apps nowadays).Has a problem with Cedulas de Extranjeria and constantly wants me to fix data that's already correct.
5. A couple of examples: scanner do not recognize codes, and foremost very inconvenient making frequent upgrades when needed.I would use the app again if you can add the 'Savings' functionality, as other apps like Fondeadora have.Generally works well.
6. Now just another "digital bank" with no benefits to ML users as points to ML program, no matter if you have investments, or use as your primary payment account.
7. Any other digital bank offer better services, points program and rewards for investments and use.
8. Attempting to close the app or to back out of the authentication doesn't work.At the beginning was a good service offered by the ML group linking two platforms.
9. For example: the My Money screen usually shows "Meu Dinheiro" as expected, but sometimes shows "Tu Dinero" (although the rest of the screen is in Portuguese, the expected language).
10. Other apps ask for the same authentication and never have this problem.
11. why not better ask for some password in the app instead of make me change general options for the device?it doesn't perform well in general.
