1. Have 4 different bank accounts and I cannot transfer money from my Flex card to any of them and support has no answers.
2. I have closed out and reopened the app, changed my password, Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still won't open! I need to transfer.funds and they are.being help hostage.
3. And same issuePoor customer service at representative level those answering calls, and at corporate-level unwillingness to assist customers with transactions that weren't authorized by merchant.
4. I like the cash back on gas (the other cash back is almost worthless), but you have to make sure to transfer money way before you think you'll need it.
5. Slow overwhelmed customer service indicates a plethora of customer disputes and issues, also unlikely to be resolved in a timely manner.
6. This is extremely frustrating!!I don't do direct deposit (chose not to reading reviews), but I transfer money from my checking account.
7. It takes sooooooo long to transfer even though they take the money from my bank almost immediately.
8. No transaction notifications, and login must be implemented every access.Won't open!! The app was working flawlessly.
9. This has been going on for several days and there is no support help available just the option to recover your username or reset your password.
10. This Amazon Flex debit card hasn't worked in the 2 days I've had the account.
11. Amazon Flex debit refuse to reverse a transaction calling it a pre-authorization transaction.
