1. this app needs a huge amount of work to keep up with other uae bank appsSome Basic Features like getting Account statement for a desired period for Only Bank Account or Only Credit Card is not available.
2. ENBD Mobile Application is a good example of ideal Banking App.Downgraded from 2 stars to one when I realised i can't transfer funds between accounts in different countries, it tells you to use the website, and I can't add a new payee.
3. HSBC needs to improve customer experience by adding more self service features to its mobile application to reduce the reasons to call on customer care numbers.
4. It is the type of app banks had 10 years agoThe app doesn't show the minimum amount to be paid or when is my payment due!! I have no idea what to pay or when should I..!!!! Please fix this is a major issue for a MOBILE BANKING APP.it's not user friendly.
5. Help chat - takes several hours to get a response More importantly, it takes 2 or 3 days to adjust the account balance with latest movements, so you never know how much is left.
6. Cannot add payees with Global account without a phone number, but it does not recognise registered phone numbers.
7. It's completely useless if you want to make a transfer to another account, not listed.
8. Credit Card functions like Cash Installment Plan is also not included.
9. This app is a huge disappointment; they have removed most of the functionality of the old app, and what little information the new app provides is now spread needlessly across more than one screen.
10. It only reflects my Current and Credit Card accounts.
11. Also you get exactly the same currency exange rate than operating your normal account.
