1. I have had several issues in the past, it wouldn't let me login on cellular data, wouldn't let me access certain accounts, I accidentally deleted an auto transfer to someone else's account and had to call the bank and go through lengthy process to correct, but it is working now.While the app is nice and convenient for viewing my account, it is only nice and convenient in the few instances when the app works.

2. It would be great if there was a feature that one could preset payments to go out within a scheduled time; ie bill payments, transferring money from one account to another on a particular day of the week/month, 1 time, 5 times, for the month or year or indefinitely.The app never works.

3. Or it tells me my password isn't working but will work in 2 minutes, or it's telling me this option is temporarily unavailable (how is logging into my account temporarily unavailable).

4. I continually have trouble logging in; it either will not load the password entry page or will lock my account before I can even attempt to put in my password, stating that I've had too many incorrect logins.

5. For most of what I do it is fine, however a recent issues has popped up where when I go to send an e-transfer I cannot get past the message section and it just boots me back to the payee selection screen.

6. But it wasn't giving me an error that the password was wrong, so I thought it was the same issue of it just not logging in right.

7. Most recently I was trying to log in and was repeating this process, not noticing I was using the wrong keyboard so I was spelling my password wrong.

8. I hope that the login glitches i have been experiencing can be resolved, but i jave been experiencing them since I got the app over a year and a half ago.Decent app, gets the job done.

9. I tried logging in a few times, until it told me my account was locked.

10. I always have to wait now until I am home on my pc to just send an e-transfer.I have to try logging in maybe 7 or 8 times before it actually works.

11. It is not as user friendly.I used to hate the app, but it's been acceptable and useful for awhile now.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Servus Issues

1. Fix Servus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Servus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Servus App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Servus" » Open Servus Mobile Banking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Servus » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Servus Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Servus servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Servus Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Servus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Servus might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Servus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Servus then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Servus not working


2. Fix Servus Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Servus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Servus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Servus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
