1. I didn't know if your face recognition through e-KTP and fitting it with selfie has still legacy yet, but, using alternative like chat feature didn't solve this problem as well.Yo fix the app bro, The upgrade to premium system is so terrible, first is when you take selfie with your id is always auto take and can't even retake it so I should repeat every time it was wrong or blur and that's make my account got like sort of ban for 10 minutes or something,second is the customer service is just bad,third I never get accepted to upgrade my account like bruh,bro I really need just to upgrade to premium fast but the app can't even let me do that...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzMy money is now stuck in this app and I can't use it.

2. Dana is just trying to steal someone money by abusing the system.Can't upgrade my account to upgrade despite having a ID and did everything accordingly to the rules.

3. Edit: I clearly said cannot login and the reply tell me to login, well we can see that is just bot replying our review, what a disappointment.Want to upgrade to premium, but still receive decline message: "Your face photo does not match with the picture in your KTP".

4. It is no worse than laypeople not understanding basic opsec.Used to be great app, but almost everytime i got error login asked to update while it just being the lastest, tried to uninstall then install again still the same, it looks like service in back-end got problem.
