1. It only works with WiFi connection only .So many people have complaint and still nothing is being one, some stupid reply is given send a video or screen shot of the problem, i and many others face this problem, you just cannot log into the app most of the time , it remains stuck or rather static on the same page and does not go into the log in page, you must be lucky if by chance you get to the log in page after many attempts, how can you make an app worse than this , please provide some method to give minus star rating for this app.Reduce the number of pop ups while logging out.
2. As it is the STATE BANK OF INDIA, the face of all banks of the country, I expect the problem to be solved quickly now.Really need to solve issue, this app never works when ever I try to open either it will take too much time 😕 or sometimes it gets crashed automatically.
3. Can we carry laptop always with us to do this?? Really pathetic, such a big organization@ SBI Officials - During last three days, whenever I tried to open the app, it didn't respond and a dialogue box is being shown written-" we are having some technical issue.
4. It takes ages to load the login page and then it says unable to load due to some technical issue try again after some time, which never came since 3 days.Interface is quite slow when it's opened.
5. Then restarted the mobile and it has worked.👍🏻At the very beginning, most likely before some update, the app was running fine, howeve since a few months, if not half a year or more, the app is not even loading and gets stuck at the very point of opening the app most of the time.
6. Need to improve on boot interface of application that's consumes more time.This is the second incidence that without any reason suddenly application stops to run even, and when we are in need of Banking we feel disappointed.
7. I don't what's the issue of this it never gets open via mobile network.
8. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.All of the sudden it stopped working.
9. I have talked to customer care at 18001234 but they are unable to solve the issue.
10. Also improve and increase the number of features available with fingerprint based login.
11. Not good.Really this application has no right to have one star, why I had given because this is the only thing I can do.
