Definitely I'm not happy, sorry.I simply love it :) + Great bank with friendly staff, opening up an account from my couch at home - luxury + Awesome app which is easily navigable with good UI (at the beginning you might get lost but when you know your way around it is good) + Works seamlessly (of course there can be some downtimes, but which app/bank does that not have - technologies sometimes fail - and this occurrence is not very frequent, rather rare) + Free bank account / no charges for just "having an account" + Mobile first bank is a big plus for meExperience is not great.
2. The security would be justified if the amount is higher, but otherwise not.Application is really slow, I didn't find an option to switch to English language and I would welcome dark mode option as well as option to change the payment card pin number.
3. -on my Xiaomi mi 12, most of times, I cannot even launch the app, it almost always gets stuck on black screen upon opening - the UI is definitely not friendly - 2 out of 4 menus are for upsell of products, and I had real problems to simply create contactsApp is very sluggish, sometimes doesn't load at all.
4. Also currently as writting this review I am not able to access my account as message returns "Unable to pull data, slide downwards and try again."App does not work at all.
5. To manage my found i need to login through the website to be able to do my payment and direct debits.
6. I need to close it and open again to be able to login, sometimes even this doesn't work.
7. It is very disappointing when you don't have access to your money just due to poor application, which is, by the way the only channel to manage the money.
8. Online feature documentation is really good and the saving system is pretty neat :)Slow and updates rarely work.
9. I have an account also in other bank there i had never any problems.
10. I can not log into my account - always shows application error.
11. After latest update I have to insert pin for the payment to clear, although I have fingerprint set up.
