1. I especially appreciate the vault feature! Being able to stash or "save" money aside without being punished for accessing it when needed is just magical! My Husband and I can both recieve direct deposit on the same account which makes life even easier, not having to worry about balancing two seperate accounts takes a lot of stress off the entire process.THIS APP IS USELESS!!! I can't even access the app after opening let alone use it's features.
2. My account is locked and I have been trying to fix this for a YEAR.I have had nothing but positive experiences since I started using the turbo card.
3. I've had thos card and app for several years and it's my go too.I used this account for years, had same address where my original and 2 replacement cards arrived.

5. Receiving no help from support at all!I've had my account for over 5 years and to date this is my most used/trusted prepaid card.
6. I haven't been able to pay bills in this time, even though the cards are showing delivered by mail I'm not getting them.
7. Direct deposit allows me to get my check a day or two early, depositing paper checks is as easy as it gets, and I can track my balance several ways.
8. Why doesn't transactions on the app show a balance after every transaction or when loading money to the card? It's not like we get a monthly statement.
9. However, I've been waiting almost a month on 2 different replacement cards after an ATM malfunctioned and ate my card.
10. I have not been able to update my phone for over a year I downloaded this app after I gave up trying to login online.
11. Only flaw I see.Have been using the app for years, great way to keep track of everything all in one place.
You have very poor customers service. I tried for over 4 hours on the phone to get ahold of a supervisor to help me. It should not be hard to get connected to supervisor without getting disconnected or on hold for 30 minutes. I will never use turbo card again. This is a poor way to bank.
