1. I especially appreciate the vault feature! Being able to stash or "save" money aside without being punished for accessing it when needed is just magical! My Husband and I can both recieve direct deposit on the same account which makes life even easier, not having to worry about balancing two seperate accounts takes a lot of stress off the entire process.THIS APP IS USELESS!!! I can't even access the app after opening let alone use it's features.

9. However, I've been waiting almost a month on 2 different replacement cards after an ATM malfunctioned and ate my card.

10. I have not been able to update my phone for over a year I downloaded this app after I gave up trying to login online.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Turbo Card Issues

1. Fix Turbo Card Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Turbo Card: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Turbo Card App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Turbo Card" » Open Turbo Card » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Turbo Card » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Turbo Card app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Turbo Card servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Turbo Card" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Turbo Card app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Turbo Card might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Turbo Card. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Turbo Card then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Turbo Card not working


2. Fix Turbo Card Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Turbo Card be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Turbo Card not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Turbo Card may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

You have very poor customers service. I tried for over 4 hours on the phone to get ahold of a supervisor to help me. It should not be hard to get connected to supervisor without getting disconnected or on hold for 30 minutes. I will never use turbo card again. This is a poor way to bank.
