1. It wouldn't be so bad if it was customizable where we could close useless panels and give the panels important to us more screen space, but that doesn't appear to be the case.Completely worthless!!! I can't believe AllSouth spent so much time promoting how mobile banking was going to be a better experience with this new app, but clearly didn't take the time to verify operations before going live.
2. Update: log in still wont allow me to log in and i removed it and just tried to reinstall and now my virus scanner says the app is dangerous... update 10/14/21...still not working properly!!I've tried logging in online, it verifies and has me set a new password but then a network error occurs.
3. I have a android phone when I login all I get is a white screen an at the bottom of the screen I get the selection to choose account, transfer, etc but I cannot see anything above that it's all white.
4. No way to save a password and log in so I've now had to reset mine every single time I've tried to log in because it can't remember a secure password.
5. I always get "not able to validate...chk ur information", and I've changed my password 3 three times and used the biometrics option with the same result!!!!😞Wish i could go lower.
6. Used my wife phone and manage to get app to work but like everyone else said, I could not view some information.If you log in too often, they close access and won't let you log in for 24 hours after your last attempt.
7. I enter the username and password and the screen loops back to empty fields.
8. Before this version if I hit the back button on my android phone it would walk the screens backward just like in a browser.
9. I miss the old app and website being able to download monthly statements when I want, now you can't, ESPECIALLY DUTING TAX TIME.
10. Each time i do the log in screen flips by three times.
11. Important information is given very limited screen space.
