1. US Bank IT is awful overall, and even setting up their credit cards for Google pay requires a 30 minute long phone call to US Bank since they haven't automated the card configuration process.US Bank Mobile has definitely come a long way in the last two years.
2. I am leaving this review to make US Bank aware I am receiving purchase notifications on my phone from someone else's debit card.
3. Had to take a picture of the back side 10 times! All of the captures were fine, but the app wasn't moving on to show back side was done also even though the image looked great each time.This app is so user friendly.

5. Besides being able to view your accounts/credit cards, you can also view your credit score, use Zelle, as well as make appointments in case you need to go into your local branch.
6. Zelle pay has never worked for me via the app, and I get the same error message every time, yet it works fine on a desktop or laptop browser.
7. Every time I log in it wants me to read through the features, agree to a bunch of terms of use screens, set up notifications, set up biometrics, the list goes on.
