1. I have no problems with the other bank apps.I used to be able to get on my app and change the amount of my bills that's getting paid every month because I don't pay the same amount each month it depends on what my bill is and now I can't do that or else I can't figure out how to do it since you change the app it was easy to use you need to put it back the way it was wasn't nothing wrong with it thank youI think this bank scanning appt.

1. Fix Perfect Teller Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Perfect Teller: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Perfect Teller App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Perfect Teller" » Open Perfect Teller - ptApp » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Perfect Teller » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Perfect Teller - ptApp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Perfect Teller servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Perfect Teller - ptApp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Perfect Teller app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Perfect Teller might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Perfect Teller. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Perfect Teller then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Perfect Teller not working

2. Fix Perfect Teller Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Perfect Teller be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Perfect Teller not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Perfect Teller may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
