In short, it's a great app that I would recommend for everyone, because it's a lifesaver, & a time-saver as well! 🙂👍Changed to 1 star as they hide the monthly premium option unless you ask, if you cancel your free trial before it ends they'll take it away (vs letting you finish the time like every other app), support doesn't read your messages, just sends you canned nonsense that in no way answers your question, time tracking is SUPER clunky and needs an overhaul, and as for expenses/income tracking - it only pulls what it THINKS might apply, not every transaction.

2. Just stupid besides that the app does track mileage pretty well and expenses if you link your credit cardsI love this app! I have a small business and this app has everything I need to stay organized and up to date (on my phone or PC) on my business and personal finances.

3. I researched and found Hurdlr - smooth interface, no glitches, easy, affordable, great features, and fabulous (I can't stress this enough) customer service.

4. I love the auto track feature for miles and the ability to break out expenses by different businesses and categories and date ranges.

5. Also, I like the feature where you can separate your business from your personal, & even make notes in an area, so it can differentiate, & divide all the miles into the correct category.

1. Fix Hurdlr Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hurdlr: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hurdlr App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hurdlr" » Open Hurdlr: Mileage, Expense & Tax » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hurdlr » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hurdlr: Mileage, Expense & Tax app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hurdlr servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hurdlr: Mileage, Expense & Tax" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hurdlr app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hurdlr might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hurdlr. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hurdlr then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hurdlr not working

2. Fix Hurdlr Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hurdlr be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hurdlr not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hurdlr may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
