1. I'm extremely disappointed!Got hung up on SIX TIMES after being placed on hold with a Total time on hold of just over 4 and a half hours trying to set up my card when I could have been paying bills.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix U.S. Bank Focus Issues

1. Fix U.S. Bank Focus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart U.S. Bank Focus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the U.S. Bank Focus App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "U.S. Bank Focus" » Open U.S. Bank Focus » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for U.S. Bank Focus » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear U.S. Bank Focus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from U.S. Bank Focus servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "U.S. Bank Focus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check U.S. Bank Focus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, U.S. Bank Focus might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall U.S. Bank Focus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall U.S. Bank Focus then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing U.S. Bank Focus not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make U.S. Bank Focus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to U.S. Bank Focus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, U.S. Bank Focus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
