1. Recently, even after changing my password, and resetting it at the bank itself, I STILL CANT LOG IN!🤦 ♀️ So, I've uninstalled itDoesn't even work, I've had an account for a week and made several transactions, none of it shows up on the app.

2. While I appreciate the effort in protecting my account, changing a password (and remembering it) every 3 months or so, is kinda redundant.

3. Can't deposit checks, worst bank app I've ever used.It's a great app to see your bank info and see how much you have leftWill NOT stop resetting my password and user ID.

4. It is also really nice that the password requirements are posted while you're changing the password.Up until now I have not had an issue with this app on my S9+ Samsung phone, However, I'm giving it 3 stars for (2) reasons.

5. I do wish it had muti verification for the log in, but since it doesn't have that yet I'm glad we have to change password every 6 months.

6. Changing my password should be "my" preference, not a mandatory event, and especially not that often.

7. May change to Chase bank.It's easy to use and find what you're looking for.

8. Still says my balance is the same as when I opened my account.

9. It has gotten to where my account details take forever to load.

10. It's so unreliable.Always disconnects me from my account.

11. No issue on my PC, but the app is hateful.
