1. Works Great!!!Love the app its saves alot of drive time and its easy to manage! The quick view is really helpful when you don't have time to login and you just want to know the basics of your account.Has everything you need right in front of you with little fuss.

2. Love the fingerprint login.For mobile deposit, it always (I mean every time) asks if you can clearly see the picture, but you can't zoom in to look at it, so what is the point? Just extra steps to make a deposit.Ok banking app.

3. PIN code logging in does not work but the Phone call did allow access - this was the only way Logging in - app was working on both phones a month ago!It's a fantastic app.

4. Check deposit is bad as you need to write a special endorsement and they get upset of you forget the word "mobile" or something even if it's otherwise legal.

5. The Quick Balance does not work on the log in page as described...setting is ON under Quick Balance Current Device.

6. This obviously isnt that big of a deal, but it does create a certain amount of inconvenience to an otherwise well performing appGLITCHES in app! Uninstalled app and this made things worse.

7. Currently, I need to open the app, then close the app one time before the second try opens the app login successfully.

8. The only thing you can do is check your balance and transfer funds from one of your accounts to the other.

1. Fix Velocity Community CU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Velocity Community CU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Velocity Community CU App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Velocity Community CU" » Open Velocity Community CU » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Velocity Community CU » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Velocity Community CU app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Velocity Community CU servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Velocity Community CU" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Velocity Community CU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Velocity Community CU might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Velocity Community CU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Velocity Community CU then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Velocity Community CU not working
