1. Made the mistake of trying to reinstall, now it wants a serial number and pre-authorization from the security center... All because I need THIS app to generate a code for another bank app! But since I can't get this to work, I can't use the other bank app either! And I see that the problems with this app were reported long ago but haven't been fixed.MUST HAVE A LOCKSCREEN FOR IT TO WORK: The app works well on my android now.

2. Latest update swiftly denies the request without even showing the Authorization screen.Been using it for 4 months and and usually at least one significant function is not working (galaxy note 8).

8. I don't like lockscreens but I had to add a pattern lockscreen for the app to work.The new ridiculous animation warning for never share code with anyone is just annoying.

9. Please provide an option to just disable it or just please display it as a static text.First authentication attempt of the day never works.

10. Otherwise, this app will not work or fail to launch ( blank screen, spinning etc).

11. A few months ago biometrics didn't work.

Good afternoon, hope all is well. My name is Lunika Bruna. For my job I have to download the Bank of America, Flagscape Authenticator App. I currently have a Samsung Galaxy A20 android which runs on 9 OS. Ive tried to download the app from Google Play store and it says that my phone cannot install it. Is it because my phone is OS 9 version.

New app version is not supporting phones with Android 10 OS version. Please fix this as we are getting this error on previous update : Your app version is retiring. Android 10 OS was release in 2019 and almost all the apps are supporting this OS version. It's very soon to see such message unless there is a bug with new update.

I receive a message today that the app will only work on Andriod Phones with OS 11 or above only. My phone's OS is 9 only. How much longer will you allow me using the lower OS phone before I get a new phone? Thanks!
