2. Called customer service and both agents asked me for my password pin, the password I use to access my bank account!!!! I couldn't believe in order to receive service I had to tell them over the phone line my private password!?? Anyways, I refused to give it to them, felt extremely insecure.
3. I cannot believe this is the first experience Deutschbank is giving their customers.I don't know why I can no longer access my business account using my username, I am pretty sure it has something to do with downloading the DB Secure Authenticator (as I had no problems before this).

11. Reinstalled the app, cleared the cache for the app, cleared the app data and did a hard reset of the phone.
