Now the ability to report an issue with a payment directly has disappeared, so if you want to report it, you have to go to support, describe the issue to them and then manually take and send screenshots of the payments.Amateuristic. I've had a support ticket open for 4 months now because I prepaid for a metal card and they just don't seem to be able to send it to me (despite all previous cards arriving just fine).
2. More customer care would be appreciated.Lately there's been issues with making payments.. First it was only with ideal.. when you were sent to the accept/decline window, it got stuck spinning the wheel and it wouldn't move forward.. You have to close everything and open the Bunq app to accept the payment that's waiting.
3. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via app and email, get no answers for a several days (still didn't receive any answer btw) experienced extreme delays with card delivery, having waited over a month without receiving it.
