United Community CardApp Customer Insights

1. It asks you to login every time you open the app, and once you click on card controls and the app reopens, card controls just redirects you back to the ucbi app to login again! It's just a never ending circle of clicking and logining in.Useless. 1.) Why create a separate app just to lock your card???? 2.) 'Sign in with banking app' or whatever is just an endless loop of signing in to said app - doesn't actually let you sign in via the banking app.

2. 3.) Must use 26 dogit card # to sign in?? What?? The banking app doesn't even require that & it displays twice as much sensitive info.

3. With my old bank I had to use my password to turn my debit card on and off but now I can do that with my fingerprint too.

4. This seems to be built off laziness & I'm just not down for another useless app that doesn't even serve its purpose. My bank just joined United Community Bank.

5. I receive an alert each time my card is used so I can spot an unauthorized use immediately.I love this app.

6. I love getting notifications whenever my card is used so if there is something suspicious I can turn my card off.

7. I like the idea of having this much control over the use of my card and the ability to shut it off any time I think I need to.

8. Good job United Community Bank!!!App doesn't look like current screenshots provided.

9. I can turn my debit card off when I lose it (happens a lot).

10. App only lets me enter a set amount of digits in for my password, and my password is longer than 10 digits, so I can't finish typing in the password to login.

11. I made sure it was updated, uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesn't work.
