Uninstalled permanently.Everything seems fine except that there isn't the deposit option which is literally shown in the screenshots for the appWorks great but sometimes it will freeze up and you cant check your account even though you have logged inSolid App! May not have all the bells and whistles but does the job.Keeps crashing when trying to open up to 3-4 times in a row with current version.it's a bank that saves you money and you don't have to pay a lot on unnecessary things.

2. It allows me to check balances on multiple accounts, including our vehicle loans, move money and even schedule payments to be sent to our self managed contact list.

3. It makes keeping track of my finances very easy! No glitches or bugs, app runs smoothly, and the layout is simple.Using this app keeps me on track.

4. It's a fantastic tool.No matter how many times I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, etc, this lousy app won't recognize my login.

5. If you could actually get the alerts to work it would be 10x better, at leaast you would have an updated balance when you make a purchase.Glad the app is finally available on my device.

6. all transfers are freeEver since I updated the app, it keeps crashing.

7. And lately everytime i login, the screen freezes up and only lets me exit the app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix First Class Community Issues

1. Fix First Class Community Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart First Class Community: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the First Class Community App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "First Class Community" » Open First Class Community Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for First Class Community » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear First Class Community Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from First Class Community servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "First Class Community Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check First Class Community app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, First Class Community might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall First Class Community. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall First Class Community then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing First Class Community not working


2. Fix First Class Community Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make First Class Community be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to First Class Community not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, First Class Community may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
