1. You're better off just getting on a PC and going to the website via your favorite browser if you want to engage in online banking.The app is running super slow (when it doesn't just totally freeze up) since the last update.

2. I hope they fix these issues soon.I really love the convenience of this app, but please fix it! 8. It also lacks many of the advertised features; for instance, the app is advertised as allowing you to deposit a check by simply taking a picture, but there is literally no option anywhere in the app to do this.

9. I have also been locked out of my account for incorrect sign in attempts with the correct usernames and passwords.

1. Fix Bank of the West Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bank of the West: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bank of the West App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bank of the West" » Open Bank of the West Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bank of the West » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bank of the West Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bank of the West servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bank of the West Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bank of the West app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bank of the West might not work.
