1. Their is literally no rhyme or reason to this thing; all navigation buttons are constantly changing locations and functions between different pages/screens, and there is no clear path to anything that should be easy to get to.The last couple of updates have seen this app go from so easy to use, display of info made sense, to a nightmare to maneuver around.

2. FIX THE APP COINBASE!!!!In comparison to a normal Android app: Terrible UI, crashes constantly, loses network connection constantly, freezes and locks up constantly, doesn't have any method of sorting the trade list.

3. In comparison to other crypto exchanges, At this point just move your crypto to whichever exchange works week to week.

4. But the last couple updates have seriously screwed up the UI and had made it more difficult to track my crypto.

5. If all of these changes aren't bad enough, now the app won't let you sign in until you do an update, but there is no update to do, rendering the app useless!The UI is a little hard to figure out but everything else about it is great.

6. Meaning if you set up biometrics or a pin, it doesn't matter after an update until you set it up again.

7. App is unnecessarily slow, takes 15+ seconds to load and another 10 to pass biometrics.

8. Every time I try to use the advanced trade feature the app freezes and crashes.

9. Not by volume, price, percentages, anything, and it gets worse every update.

10. No easy way to get to the crypto ticker from my portfolio.

11. Can't trust the graphs anymore...UPDATE: This is a frustrating app that doesn't get better.

1. Fix Coinbase Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Coinbase: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Coinbase App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Coinbase" » Open Coinbase: Buy Bitcoin & Ether » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Coinbase » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Coinbase: Buy Bitcoin & Ether app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Coinbase servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Coinbase: Buy Bitcoin & Ether" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Coinbase app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Coinbase might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Coinbase. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Coinbase then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Coinbase not working

2. Fix Coinbase Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Coinbase be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Coinbase not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Coinbase may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
