I would like to let everyone know how terrible HEB is and please don't waste your time trying to use their services.I never filled my debit card with 2000 bucks, usually just in the low hundreds amount (200), and suddenly when I needed to transfer more, I apparently transferred 2000 dollars limit, and couldn't transfer anymore.

2. Never got an answer.Not happy with this app! I hce never had a card with them & they say i have a closed acct so i can not get a card with them ... Kinda like the NetSpend card ... The innocent person getting scammed gets less help than the scammer so beware !Good but could be better! Crashes! Crashed and closed itself twice since activating my card.

1. Fix H-E-B Debit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart H-E-B Debit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the H-E-B Debit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "H-E-B Debit" » Open H-E-B Debit » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for H-E-B Debit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear H-E-B Debit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from H-E-B Debit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "H-E-B Debit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check H-E-B Debit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, H-E-B Debit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall H-E-B Debit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall H-E-B Debit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing H-E-B Debit not working
