1. Wake up launch Federal Credit Union! I think it's time to take these complaints above the local banks.Everytime I go to transfer money into my savings it automatically goes to branch and Google maps pops up showing me all the locations.
2. People don't want to wait in a car line or inside just to deposit a check.Menu options for Fund Transfers and Loan payments don't work.
3. Sometimes it never works and you must drive to the bank to deposit a $3 rebate or personal check.The app suddenly will not let me log in.
4. I'm technically challenged and I find it user friendly.I am not really sure why everyone's reviews have been ignored by the credit union.
5. It works, it's fairly easy to use, I havent explored all the options but I really like that you can speak with a representative through text messages when you have questions, that is my favourite feature by far.Easy to use.
6. I was able to register the tablet but every time I tried to sign in it either kicked me off or the screen went gray.
7. Mobile deposit is super important and I have to go searching every time.
8. Still doesnt offer cash back on any purchase forcing customers to get credit cards from competing banks.
9. Then I put my password in and it says error: cannot connect to server.
10. You have to reshoot each side of check repeatedly trying to get it to work as it won't state what the problem is.
11. It has to be done through this app on my phone and it won't work.The more important functions to me aren't easily found.
