1. It feels like my money is being held hostage the only options i have is to read the legal or log outThere are no options to send money or load check or anything now on both my husbands account and on mine.
2. Sometimes I'm in a rush and need to see my balance quickly and instead I'm stuck waiting for minutes on end watching the loading circle.Bought the prepaid card on the 18th.
3. Tried to order a card with name on it, hit their link and got a pop up saying I "didn't have permission" to order additional cards and to contact customer support.
4. The only option it lists is log out and the legal info...Absolutely horrible experience just trying to activate card.
5. Would not recommend!was good until mobile check load isnt working and everyone keeps passing the buck and no one wants to fix it.
6. A couple back and forth emails with ZERO results.. A card comes in the mail on the 30th, try to activate it, nope.
7. Person will have to order new ss card to activate because they wont accept non-colored copy.
8. They say the card was reported lost on the 18th.. umm, how? Hadn't ordered a card yet.
9. ive called and i have emailed both netspend and ingo and no one wants to do a damn thing while i am here with a check i cant cash and 2 bills due tomorrow.
10. There is no 'left menu' with 'load check' as an option.
11. No help from support, no word card is sent.
